Crystal D, St. Paul, Minn., has hired six new employees in the customer service, art and marketing departments.
The company hired Nichole Helmueller and Jake Calleja as customer service representatives. Outside of her work at Crystal D, Helmueller also is a cat foster coordinator for a pet rescue organization. Calleja has a degree in business management and has previous experience in restaurant management.
Crystal D also hired Tyler McCallister and Eric Wiberg as order entry specialists in the customer service department. They are responsible for assisting the customer service representatives and order management. McCallister has previous experience as an assistant manager in the retail industry. Wiberg has seven years of previous experience in the hospitality industry.
Tricia Rooney joined the art department as a production artist. Her responsibility as a production artist is to accurately and efficiently create production-ready artwork that “wows” customers. Rooney attended the University of Minnesota and the Minneapolis Media Institute for graphic design and business media.
Valisa Fair joined the company as a marketing assistant, and will assist the marketing department with advertising, and internal and external branding efforts. Fair has a degree in public relations and marketing with experience in marketing, advertising, social media and public relations.
