Dave Saracino

Industry veteran Dave Saracino has been named senior vice president of affiliate sales and support at Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu (asi/232119).

“I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with iPROMOTEu as a supplier partner for years and have always appreciated how the organization prioritizes the success of its affiliates, staff, and vendors,” said Saracino. “Moving to the distributor side of the industry is an exciting new challenge, and I look forward to joining the executive leadership team in strengthening their collaborative culture and advancing the growth of the iPROMOTEu affiliate network.”

In this leadership role, Saracino will lead the iPROMOTEu affiliate sales development and support teams, directly reporting to iPROMOTEu’s chief executive officer, Lori Bauer.

“After an extensive candidate search, our team concluded that Dave’s ability to lead people, build relationships, cultivate a winning culture, and produce sales results make him a perfect fit for this role,” Bauer said. “I am confident he will bring tremendous value to iPROMOTEu Affiliates and our organization as a whole.”

Saracino has been in the promo industry for more than 35 years and is the 2016 recipient of Counselor’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He briefly retired, but later returned, becoming vice president of sales at supplier Charles River Apparel (asi/44620).

Saracino was most recently chief revenue officer of All American Writing Instruments (AAWI, asi/76811), a New Jersey-based supplier that makes Garland brand executive pens and Pen Company of America (PCA) value plastic pens.

He spent the majority of his career with BIC Graphic North America, the firm now known as Top 40 supplier Koozie Group (asi/40480). There, he served as vice president of sales and senior vice president of business development.

Outside promo, Saracino is on the board of the John Daly-Major Ed Foundation and is an active advocate within the autism community.

iPROMOTEu has been making moves at the top of late. In December, the firm appointed Bauer CEO. Also an industry veteran, Bauer had already been at iPROMOTEu as senior vice president of affiliate sales and support – the role Saracino has taken over.

Bauer is the 2019 recipient of Counselor’s Supplier Woman of Distinction Award. She was previously a longtime leader with Koozie Group, having served as senior vice president of sales before joining iPROMOTEu in 2021.

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $209 million, iPROMOTEu ranked 15th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
