Today is the second day of exhibits at the 2014 PPAI Expo. With a strong start on day one of exhibits yesterday, suppliers and distributors are looking forward to another successful day today.
Suppliers have been able to form new distributor relationships. “The show is going really well for us. We’ve met a lot of new customers,” said Bobbie Simons, wholesale manager for Puremco Fun & Games, Waco, Texas. “This is the first year we’ve been back in awhile so it has been really good for us,” she added.
Distributors are enjoying the chance to expand their industry education with professional development classes. “I’ve gone to a lot of seminars this week for continued education,” said Gold Pyramid award winner Peter Hawk, MAS, president of ASAP Promotions, Cranberry Township, Pa. “There’s so much information available here for distributors that I can’t imagine not coming to this because it gives you a shot in the arm. It really does.”
Exhibits are open today until 5:30 p.m., followed by PPAI’s annual Power of Two Party tonight at 7:30 p.m. Exhibits will be open tomorrow from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you are at the show, stop by booth 3251 to see the Promo Marketing staff.
