Deluxe Corp., Shoreview, Minn., parent company of Dallas-based Safeguard, recently acquired InkHead.com, a Winder, Georgia-based online technology company focused exclusively on the advertising specialty market.
Deluxe Corp. hopes that adding InkHead.com to its portfolio will strengthen Deluxe Corp.’s presence in the online market, a growing medium with digital online sales having surpassed 20 percent of the overall promotional product sales in the last few years.
Deluxe Corp.’s Small Business Services provides end-to-end marketing solutions for small businesses, from website development to logos to email marketing and printed products.
“The InkHead team has built out a great capability that allows us to continue to expand our overall product portfolio serving customers across a number of key verticals,” said Malcolm McRoberts, senior vice president of Small Business Services for Deluxe Corp.
Last year, Safeguard acquired two companies: Fontis Solutions, Irvine, Calif.; USFI, Dallas. Deluxe Corp. acquired Range Inc., Brainerd, Minn.; and FMC-Merrill, Monroe, Wash.
