Dragon Cloud, a Seattle-based division of Greater China Industries, recently confirmed it will launch a new e-Commerce platform in May 2013. Dragon Cloud has been in development since 2012 and will provide ASI Distributors with a revolutionary new method of procuring promotional products.
The concept is a group buying platform that provides distributors access to volume-based discounts. Currently, manufacturing and importing from overseas is the most common method of realizing significant discounts in promotional items. However, discounts by way of traditional importing require larger volumes, and in turn, more capital. Dragon Cloud will aggregate the purchasing power of multiple parties that wish to purchase a single item. Of the many items that will be featured on the site daily and weekly, Dragon Cloud users will be able to purchase products at price points that have previously been realized only by ordering tens of thousands of units (or more at one time).
Dragon Cloud will enable users to purchase smaller quantities of the most popular items in the industry, but at prices that would typically reflect quantity pricing of 20,000 to 100,000 units or more. Additionally, Dragon Cloud will provide ASI distributors with custom options if they cannot find a specific item, or need a more OEM solution.
