ePromos Promotional Products, St. Cloud, Minn., announced yesterday in a press release that it has complete the purchase of select assets from Motivators Inc., Westbury, N.Y.
“Today’s purchase, including the motivators.com brand and its customer base, is consistent with one of our key strategies to serve as a platform company in the promotional products industry,” Jason Robbins, CEO of ePromos Promotional Products, said in the release. “In the next few months, our incredible management team will fully integrate motivators.com, and we plan to build on the success of both brands to the benefit of all our customers. We are excited to have the team from Motivators join our ePromos family, and use our proven approach to systems and selling.”
Motivators Inc. will continue to operate at its Westbury, N.Y., location, but will do so under ePromos’s direction.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed, but we will follow this story as it develops. ePromos was No. 25 on our 2017 list of top promotional products distributors, with $47.6 million in 2016 sales.
