ETS Express Inc., Oxnard, Calif., recently announced the opening of its new 152,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Concord, N.C. With the release of this facility, the company announces it has named new key positions as part of this opening and to accommodate for its growth needs.
The company has promoted Derek Hansen to serve as vice president of operations. Hansen previously was serving as the business operations manager.
“Derek has been influential and a key part of our business development over the past three years,” said Sharon Eyal, CEO of ETS Express. “Most of his time and work has been in preparation for our new Concord facility. He has developed and executed many key projects for the company and played a significant part in the onboarding of our new facility. I am looking forward to what he will accomplish in other areas of our company with this new role.”
Nick Chipchase has been named the regional sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic Territory. Based out of Virginia, he is responsible for sales and accounts in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington, D.C. In 2015, Chipchase served as a multi-line sales representative for MAC Marketing representing ETS Express Inc. “We are thrilled to have Nick joining the company full time,” said Brandon Bell, vice president of sales for ETS Express Inc. “He complements our company very well and [we] look forward to the key part he will play in servicing our loyal customers in this territory.”
With the continued growth, ETS Express Inc. has named Natalie Isbouts as customer service assistant manager. She has been with the company for several years and has served as platinum accounts manager. “We attribute the service experience for our customers as a key element in our growth as a company,” said Eyal, chief financial officer of ETS Express. “Natalie has proven to understand what it takes to work with our customers in a very dynamic and high paced industry. Customer service has been the priority since we started 31 years ago. Her focus will help our team make sure we don’t lose that important touch.”
