Fields Manufacturing, the supplier based in St. Cloud, Minn., today announced that it has acquired the assets of Better Life Line of Hartford, Conn. Better Life Line is a leading supplier of information guides, charts and coloring books servicing the health, wellness, safety and financial market segments. Fields Manufacturing has moved Better Life Line’s operations to its St. Cloud facility.
Fields Manufacturing and Better Life Line will continue to have their own catalogs and customer support. Joe Nguyen, Better Life Line’s CEO, will join Fields Manufacturing as its senior vice president of marketing and product development.
“Both Better Life Line and Fields Manufacturing are award-winning suppliers in the promotional products industry,” said Fields Manufacturing CEO Matt Bertram in a press release. “Fields is committed to maintaining the highest level of service during the transition period and beyond.”
The acquisition is Fields Manufacturing’s second in just over two years. The company acquired Owosso, Michigan-based Target Industries in September 2011.
