Fully Promoted, West Palm Beach, FL, recently promoted two existing brand leaders amid the company’s ongoing growth and success.
Kurt Tempelmeyer has been appointed to national operations director, where he will spearhead vendor relations strategy, liaise vendor updates with Fully Promoted business advisors, and oversee deal negotiations that will benefit the overall brand and its franchise owners.
Tempelmeyer steps into this position after serving as the national operations manager of Fully Promoted. Since joining the brand as a business advisor just two years ago, Tempelmeyer has been integral in providing unparalleled support to Fully Promoted franchise owners and driving operational excellence for the brand across the board.
Additionally, George Matchak has been named director of product strategy for Fully Promoted, where he will be responsible for the execution of enterprise-wide processes including technology, logistics, research methods, and sales results. He will also facilitate brand sponsorships and provide vendor support for more than 300 Fully Promoted franchises worldwide, including 150 salespeople.
Matchak will play an integral role in ensuring that Fully Promoted’s new and existing franchise owners have a clear understanding of who the key vendors are and supporting them on challenges they may have as they do business. This new role is a seamless transition for Matchak, who has previously served in various support and operations roles throughout his five years with Fully Promoted, aiding in franchise owner success. Matchak is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a seasoned promo professional, with more than 23 years of experience working with some of the largest suppliers and distributors in the industry.
“Kurt and George are invaluable members of our leadership team at Fully Promoted, and their promotions reflect their passion and dedication to our brand,” said Andrew Titus, president of Fully Promoted. “As Fully Promoted continues on an upward growth trajectory, we are happy to have both Kurt and George in these elevated positions to help spearhead key initiatives and important areas of our business.”
