Gemini Industries, Roxana, Ill., announced the acquisition of F&H Ribbon Co., a provider of award ribbons and rosettes for the awards and recognition industry. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Founded in Dallas in 1962, F&H Ribbon designs and manufactures highly customized award ribbons, neck ribbons, rosettes, sashes, banners, celluloid buttons, certificates and folders, and also carries full lines of medals, award pins and tiaras.
Gemini’s acquisition of F&H Ribbon will expand Gemini’s product offering to the promotional products, and awards and recognition industries. Gemini shares F&H’s commitment to manufacturing its products in the U.S.
