Following its organizational restructure announcements last month, Goldstar announced three new key hires within its sales and marketing teams, taking the next step in strengthening its market position and value of simplicity.

Brett Long joins Goldstar as Midwest regional sales manager
Goldstar welcomes Long as Midwest regional sales manager, responsible for overseeing accounts in nine states as part of his territory. A 15-year industry veteran, Long has served as president of the Promotional Products Association of Wisconsin (PPAW) as well as a board member for the Regional Association Council (RAC), and has worked in sales for multiple industry suppliers.
“I know Goldstar is a perfect fit for my personality,” Long said. “I instantly fell in love with the culture, plans for growth and amazing full-color capabilities. I believe it is a company that I can grow with, while leveraging my years of experience.”
Lane Hokanson joins Goldstar as key account marketing coordinator
In a newly-created position of key account marketing coordinator, Hokanson will play a pivotal role in supporting the Goldstar sales team, helping to further strengthen relationships with its key distributor accounts. Lane spent the last three years in sales and marketing with an industry distributor.
“I’m excited to be joining a team of passionate people who bring a whole new meaning to having the ‘write’ stuff!” Hokanson said. “I hope to bring my distributor background into play when it comes to facilitating and prioritizing the needs of our key accounts.”
Meagan Jones joining Goldstar as Social Media and Content Manager
Working in marketing and graphic design with a top 40 supplier for the last three years, Jones brings experience in social media, design and content creation that will boost social platform engagement. She will also develop educational content in true Goldstar fashion—delivering fun and entertainment!
“I am thrilled to be a part of the Goldstar team!” Jones said. “In my new role, I intend to apply my diverse graphic design and social marketing skills to help elevate Goldstar’s social media presence, and take their content to the next level.”
