Following their recent announcement of a new global website and the merging of its North America and European Operations, Goldstar announces three key promotions to the North American sales and global marketing teams.
Charles Duggan named vice president of sales, North America
The promotion of Charles Duggan to vice president of sales, North America, will position the 30-plus year industry veteran to lead the development and execution of corporate strategic goals for the entire North American market field sales and national account teams.
Throughout his eight-year tenure with Goldstar, Duggan has truly mastered the art of simplifying business for distributors through education and a whole lot of creativity. Duggan will lead Goldstar’s North America team through continued expansion, using his innovative approach to reimagine the needs supporting their partnerships with distributors.
Rob Baumgardner, national accounts manager, North America
Joining the team in 2018, Baumgardner quickly demonstrated an exceptional capacity for relationship management, corporate initiative execution, and the growth of partnerships throughout his territory.
His Southern charm, combined with his tenacity and vision has allowed Baumgardner to step into Duggan’s previous role as their North American national accounts manager. Baumgardner will continue to oversee sales for national and key accounts and manage those meaningful relationships.
Lane Hokanson leads Goldstar as global marketing manager
Previously working on the distributor side of the industry, Lane Hokanson joined Goldstar in 2021 in the position of key account marketing coordinator. Hokanson came from the distributor side of the industry, where she worked in both sales and marketing. Her extraordinary efforts in supporting the marketing needs of their national account base led to her promotion to Global Marketing Manager, now overseeing their go-to-market strategies for both the North American and European Markets.
In this role, Hokanson will focus on bringing the two markets together, elevating their creativity, and bringing more “simplicity” to distributors across the globe.
