Halls & Company, Brooklyn Park, Minn., manufacturer of ID Line, announced that it has acquired ActNow Media, an Atlanta-based promotional products supplier.
ActNow Media was founded almost 20 years ago by Fred Leamer, who started the company with the Write ‘n Roll paper mousepad, and expanded to more products, such as counter mats, wrist rests and various mouse pads.
“It is with great excitement that we announce our acquisition of ActNow Media,” Janet Adams, president of Halls & Company, said in a press release. “Fred has developed a stellar reputation in the industry as he’s grown his business over the years. We look forward to broadening our line and providing greater opportunities for our customers.”
