Sterling, Illinois-based promotional product distributor HALO Branded Solutions is already a supporter of the Promotional Products Educational Foundation (PPEF) that provides scholarships for promotional products professionals and their dependents. HALO Branded Solutions will expand its support of up-and-coming marketing visionaries with its own scholarship contest. The winner of the contest will receive a scholarship for $3,000 toward an undergraduate degree.
“The promotional leaders of tomorrow are expanding their academic horizons today,” Terry McGuire, senior vice president of marketing for HALO Branded Solutions, said in a press release. “Leadership in its truest form involves investing in the future, and HALO is proud to invest in the marketing leaders that will change our industry directly and indirectly in the next decade.”
Through the scholarship contest, HALO Branded Solutions will select from outstanding students who demonstrate creativity, passion for marketing and an unmatched standard of excellence in their fields.
