HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., recently concluded “Connect2020,” the company’s virtual national sales meeting. The two-day event included sales training, supplier trend sessions and evening happy hours—including a “virtual progressive dinner” featuring company executives and their families serving, a five course dinner and supplier “dine-arounds” with small groups of staff, and support staff meeting with HALO’s top suppliers.
“While we’d all rather be meeting in person at our original destination, Salt Lake City, the response to this opportunity to share ideas, strategies and inspiration by both our account executives and staff was overwhelming,” said Jim Stutz, HALO’s executive vice president of sales and business development.
Participating suppliers provided exclusive promotions for the HALO sales team, and the meeting was streamed live on a password-secure website.
Keynote addresses included renowned, barrier-breaking sports agent and best-selling author Molly Fletcher; ASI president and CEO Tim Andrews; and PPAI president and CEO Paul Bellantone. It also included two-time Counselor “Person of the Year” and past PPAI chairman and HALO CEO Marc Simon.
