Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., added two new members to its team recently, hiring Colleen Bibby as a customer service representative and Bridget Rau as a sales support representative.
Bibby previously worked in customer service in the business sector for six years. She now will handle the task of ensuring New York customers’ orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
“The other employees here make it fun and the management gives me the freedom to work with my customers to troubleshoot any issues they have on my own,” she said. “It’s a good feeling.”
Rau has a background in retail and restaurant management, overseeing daily operations and improving customer experience. She had a website that showcased personal poetry and artwork for which she utilized social media and affiliate programs to promote it and drive sales.
