Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., announced the addition of Carolyn Price to its customer service department. Price has 18 years of customer service experience and will be responsible for ensuring that customers’ orders are processed quickly and efficiently. She will cover Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.
Prior to relocating to Massachusetts, Price had worked in the publishing industry in her home state of New York. An avid foodie, she ran her own catering company for many years, honing her outstanding people skills. Today, she still does a few catering jobs but mainly enjoys cooking for her family.
Price has enjoyed the Hub Pen family atmosphere and the opportunity to work with customers one-on-one. “When I hang up the phone with a customer I want them to have had a good customer service experience,” she said. “I really do enjoy helping people in whatever way I can. It’s what it’s all about.”
