Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., announced the addition of Susan Bousquet to the customer service team. The Massachusetts native comes to Hub Pen with more than 30 years of customer service experience in the promotional products industry, growing along with the New England greeting card supplier she represented.

“They were great people to work for,” Bousquet said. “I loved getting to know the customers and even meet them face-to-face. Some of us became good friends. I’m looking forward to building relationships with my customers at Hub as well.”

Susan spends her summers camping on Cape Cod and enjoys taking trips to Virginia and North Carolina to visit her daughter and 6-year-old grandson. She is also an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox.

“Susan brings an energetic spirit and passion for service excellence,” said Chris Ford, service manager for Hub Pen Company. “We are very excited to have her as part of the Hub Pen family.”
