Hub Pen Company Named NEPPA Supplier of the Year

Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., has been named Supplier of The Year by the New England Promotional Products Association (NEPPA). The award was given at the NEPPA Awards & Holiday Celebration event held on December 9 in Cambridge, Mass.

This is the third year the association has bestowed the award, and it’s the second time Hub Pen Company has been recognized for excellent achievement. The company was the recipient of the 2008 NEPPA Customer Service Award.

A total of 185 NEPPA supplier members were eligible for the Supplier of the Year award, and NEPPA distributor members cast their votes in apparel and non-apparel categories. Hub Pen Company received the majority vote in the non-apparel category.

“Receiving a NEPPA Supplier of the Year Award is significant because the winners are determined by their peers,” said Wanda Levy, NEPPA awards committee chair. “Distributors have many choices for writing instrument suppliers, and being recognized in your own backyard makes it even more meaningful. We congratulate Hub Pen on being selected to receive this supplier honor.”

Joe Fleming, Hub Pen Company general manager, commented, “Being recognized as the NEPPA Supplier of the Year is quite an honor, especially considering the high caliber of the other supplier companies we were up against. We feel very privileged to serve our distributor customers and are humbled that they have selected us as being the best in 2010.”
