iClick Expands Art and Purchasing Departments

iClick, the Seattle-based supplier of custom USB drives and pens, is excited to announce the addition of three new team members: Giordanna Queiroz and Jesse Bergeron in the art department and David Chen in purchasing.

The expanded art department reflects the growing demand for design services and the company’s continuing focus on customer service. “Our customers have come to expect exceptional turnaround times on their mockups—most take under five minutes,” said art director Mariah Hannaford. “But, with our growing client base, climbing sales volume and higher demand for custom USB shapes, our speed and efficiency had reached a tipping point. With [Giordanna and Jesse] on board, we’re able to maintain (and possibly exceed) our turnaround times, as well as increase accuracy and efficiency on the 100s of mockups being turned around daily.”

The new production staff in the art department also allows Kiwanna Nelson to move into higher level projects and design-intensive marketing campaigns. Nelson will now be the senior production artist.

David Chen joins iClick as the new overseas purchasing coordinator. Chen brings experience from his former work as international course developer at the IGA Coca-Cola Institute and finance degree from The University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

“David is key link in our internal processes, especially as it relates to streamlining our overseas prototyping, purchasing and production,” said Jeff Hall, CEO. “This role requires extreme attention to detail, an iClick hallmark, and David exemplifies that quality.”
