iClick, Seattle, announced that it has hired Virginia Thomson as leader of the company’s e-commerce and program initiatives, and added Chris Hart and Rob Derrig to the company’s national account management team.
Thomson will be responsible for managing all of iClick’s e-commerce accounts, and she’ll be supporting them across marketing, merchandising, product placement, trend analysis, custom reporting and more.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to announce Virginia Thomson has joined our team,” said Wendy Knapp, vice president of sales and business development for iClick. “Virginia prides herself on in-depth product knowledge, business development and relationship-building to deliver outstanding support for our clients.”
Thomson, based in Seattle, brings more than eight years of experience from her time at Sunrise Identity, where she was the program manager on many large national accounts. Thomson’s primary initiative for 2020 is to work strategically with iClick’s distributor partners to help grow e-commerce revenue from their clients.
“I’m super excited to work for a leading mobile tech supplier, and can’t wait to deliver impactful marketing and merchandising programs for our e-commerce customers,” Thomson said.
Hart and Derrig will support existing clients, while expanding account bases within their assigned territories.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to announce the hiring of two outstanding national account managers focused on two of our key regions,” Knapp said. “Chris and Rob pride themselves on in-depth product knowledge, business development and relationship-building to deliver unmatched support for our clients.”
Hart, based in Atlanta, is iClick’s national sales manager for the East Coast. A second-generation promotional products expert, Hart grew up in the industry. He brings more than seven years of experience from successful stints at Jack Nadel International, Vantage Apparel, ETS Express and Pro Towels.
“I’m excited to join the amazing team at iClick,” Hart said. “I’m very grateful for this opportunity and look forward to helping grow business for my customers in the east.”
Derrig, based in Los Angeles, joins iClick as national sales manager for the West Coast. He spent the last seven years managing key national accounts across the entire country for ETS Express.
“I’m really excited to work for a leading mobile tech supplier, while becoming a valuable resource to the top West Coast accounts,” Derrig said.
