iClick, the Seattle-based supplier of custom USB drives and pens, is excited to bring domestic production to its pen program. To meet growing customer demand across the U.S. for faster turnarounds, iClick is doing final production and shipping of its pen collection from their new Arizona facility.
Building on the company’s award-winning customer service and order fulfillment for domestic production and inventory of USB drives, iClick has brought the same benefits to its pen collection. Distributors will now have more flexibility in helping their customers execute promotional programs, many of which demand rapid-fire, error-free execution.
“We now can offer 24-hour turnaround service (at no additional charge) on top of our standard production of seven to 10 days on our entire pen collection,” said Reggie Gonzalez, director of sales for iClick. “Offering this rapid turnaround is a response to our distributor partners, many of whom are serving end clients with tight deadlines. They love our product mix and pricing model, but don’t always have time to wait for overseas production. Again, this is all about making our distributors look good.”
