Robert Brockschmidt, past president of Competitive Edge Promotions, Cincinnati, passed away from pancreatic cancer on Sept. 17, 2014. He was 67.
Brockschmidt, who joined the promotional products industry in the early 1980s, is survived by his wife, Marilyn, and their two children, Keith and Kim, both of whom also work in the industry (Keith with Competitive Edge and Kim with Gemline). He was a past president of the Tri-State Promotional Professionals Association (TSPPA) and loved the industry.
