Prior to starting his own agency, Stapleton served as the senior vice president with Promotion Group Central for nearly 20 years. During his tenure there, he drove notable enterprise growth in a variety of sectors. Over the past decade, he has taken his expertise in sales and business development outside of the agency arena and into the HVAC industry.
