InkSoft, Tempe, Ariz., announced the addition of Maddie Hack to its “Success Squad” technical support team.
Hack operated a family-owned business for five years, growing the operation from a small, 300-square-foot space to a 1,500-square-foot operation. Despite the expansion, Hack’s shop kept all the work in-house, and she filled a variety of roles, including website management, translating designs from apparel to crystal and providing top-notch customer service.
As a member of the Success Squad, Hack knows the InkSoft platform inside and out. She teaches customers about the platform, and provides consultation to help grow their businesses.
