Justin Case, Markham, Ontario, Canada, has acquired the assets of Superex, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Janet Trachter, Superex’s vice president of marketing and sales, will join Justin Case in the same capacity.

Trachter is an industry veteran who managed sales and marketing for 18 years at Starline Inc., Grand Island, N.Y., before moving to Superex six years ago. Several key individuals from Superex also will be joining Justin Case.
