Koozie Group Creating Positive Change Through Keep It. Give It. Program

Koozie Group , Clearwater, Florida, announced that it has taken numerous steps toward ensuring that it is leaving a positive, lasting impact with the solutions and experiences it delivers since launching its Keep it. Give it. program at the end of 2020.

From donating cash and products, to enhancing its eco-conscious efforts, Koozie Group made a difference in many ways in 2021 thanks to Keep it. Give it., the name of the company’s vision for positive social impact and increased sustainability.

“As our company evolved into a standalone organization, we recognized the need to transform the way we do business to benefit our people, our customers, our industry and our communities,” said David Klatt, CEO of Koozie Group. “This resulted in our Keep it. Give it. program. Over the past year, we have been excited to see the many ways in which our vision has been creating positive change in people’s lives, and we can’t wait to discover how that will continue in 2022 and beyond.”

Speaking about the future of the Keep it. Give it. initiative, Trisha Joyce, employee experience and communications specialist for Koozie Group, noted that the company established a three-year plan, KG2024, that outlines the objectives it wants to achieve through Keep it. Give it. She said a cross-functional steering committee, alongside executive leadership, regularly assesses the program’s impact and drives the change needed to meet its goals.

“As a leader of the Keep it. Give it. program, I’m very excited about the future of this initiative,” Joyce said. “One year into our three-year plan and we’ve already managed to achieve several of our goals. A lot has been accomplished already through Keep it. Give it. and we look forward to making even more progress in the program’s four key areas in the future.”

Koozie Group’s Keep it. Give it. program is built upon four key focus areas that will help the company build a foundation for scalable, profitable and sustainable growth. These areas include fostering diversity and inclusion; giving back to employees and community; safety and social responsibility; and environmental stewardship.
