Editor’s Picks: Wrap it Up

Today, I finally admitted to myself that it was time to stop wearing light fall jackets and break out my winter coat. While I love my winter gear, I hate acknowledging the rapidly dropping temperatures that are causing icicle growth in Philadelphia. Like many others, I am not winter’s biggest fan. While I do keep my fingers crossed for a white Christmas every year, I’m just about ready for spring on January 1. The gray clouds on these freezing days do have a silver lining, however. Colder weather means new winter accessories. I’ve already begun shopping for hats, scarves and gloves that I know will last me from November through March.

Although I miss my pre-summer buying spree of bright bathing suits and flip-flops, wintertime also lets me have fun with fashion. To spice up my outfits this season, I’ve been getting into the scarf trend. I recently started wearing them, and love the variety and warmth that scarves bring to my outfits. Bright colors and patterns stand out against the gray winter landscape, and fabrics such as fleece and wool shield against ice-cold winds. Protect your clients from snow, sleet and cold with a promotional scarf that will keep them toasty all winter long.
