Logomark’s Advantage 24 Rush Service Returns to Full Capacity

In May, industry sources reported that supplier Logomark, headquartered in Tustin, Calif., had temporarily suspended its Advantage 24 next-day shipping service as a result of increased demand and high volumes. In a letter last week, Logomark president Trevor Gnesin confirmed that the company’s rush service had returned to full capacity and was available for all qualified orders. Gnesin’s letter is reprinted in full below.

Dear Distributor Partner,

Logomark’s Advantage 24 FREE rush service, that provides distributors the ability to submit catalog quantity rush orders as late as 9pm (EST) and have them ship the next day, is again up and running at 100%. The Logomark Team could not be more appreciative of the patience and support from our loyal distributors during this recent challenging period of rapid growth.

By taking swift action and listening to your suggestions, Logomark’s Advantage 24 FREE rush service moves forward much stronger. With new investments, and the hiring of additional team members to implement a full night shift, Logomark will meet the needs of our Distributor Partners. Our expanded Logomark Team will provide continuous support with a renewed emphasis on quality and even better Customer Care.

Many thanks to everyone for your continued support!
