The Magnet Group Announces Three Employees’ New Positions

The Magnet Group, Washington, Mo., announced that three employees have accepted new roles in the company.

Judi Ruether has accepted a new role as director of project management for Magnet LLC. Ruether is now responsible for the quoting department, direct mail, new product development and special projects. Judi brings more than 20 years of experience in purchasing, quoting and sales to this role.

“Judi is just what we need to keep moving forward in our practices to get our customers the best quotes and quickly,” said Andrew Spellman, senior vice president and general manager of Magnet LLC.

Jennifer Hix has accepted the new role of order entry/general office supervisor for Magnet LLC. Hix will manage all aspects of our customer experience during an order.

“Jennifer has consistently displayed exceptional leadership skills in all aspects of her position, and her promotion to this newly created role was a natural fit for her skill set,” Spellman said.

Josh Bailey has accepted the role as the art department supervisor for Magnet LLC. Bailey will be responsible for all aspects of the Magnet LLC art department, including proofing, reviewing of customer submitted artwork, customer art interaction and all prepress review.

“Josh has been a valued member of our art department for many years, and will do a great job leading our art department into its next phase of consistently delivering art services that are well above the industry standards,” said Spellman.
