Memphis, Tennessee-based Quality Incentive Company (QIC), a full-service provider of incentive and reward recognition programs and services, has hired of Michelle Chappell to the position of account manager.
In her new role, Chappell will act as the primary liaison between the client and QIC and will be responsible for the health and growth of the company’s existing portfolio of incentive and recognition programs. Her specific duties will include coordinating input from the internal account team, developing and facilitating regular program analyses and reviews, and assisting with program contracts, quotes, communications and creative collateral. She also will provide a central point-of-contact for program implementation, program set-up and training, working closely with QIC’s business development and information technology teams. Chappell will maintain her office at the company’s headquarters in Memphis and will report to Rob Miklas, executive vice president of strategy and business development.
Chappell joins QIC having held positions of increasing responsibility with Target Corporation. She is an experienced marketing and human resources professional, with strong communication and problem-solving skills in the areas of: training, process improvement, recruitment, analytical problem solving, workforce supervision and human resource development.
Chappell earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Carolina, where she was a member of the equestrian team, and her Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
