The Book Company, Delray Beach, Fla., announced the promotion of Missy Salaam to account manager.
In her new role, Salaam will oversee all aspects of her newly assigned, dedicated account base, including creative research on specific distributor opportunities, proactive education on book and journal applications, and attending industry events. Salaam returned to The Book Company and South Florida in 2012, after a short stint with Dallas distributor Hotlink and several years living in Texas.
