For those of you who don’t have daughters or who are too far away from the age of 21 to care, Forever 21 has been quite a phenomenon in the fashion industry over the past decade at least. Shilling low-priced “designer inspired” clothes, Forever 21 has weathered numerous charges of piracy over the years. This time, however, is the first the store has had to go to court to defend itself against such allegations, and though nothing has yet been resolved, stay tuned. The outcome will likely have ramifications extending far beyond the retail sector. (California Apparel News)
