National Envelope, Firsco, Texas, has received approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to sell the company’s assets. In conjunction with Hilco Receivables (acquiring substantially all the accounts receivable) and Southern Paper (purchasing the inventory), Cenveo has acquired substantially all of the assets of National Envelope. The parties expect the sale to formally close on Monday, September 16th, 2013.
