Natural Trends Announces Winners of WD-40 Contest

Provo, Utah-based Natural Trends has announced the winners of the “How Do YOU Use WD-40?” contest. Suzanne LeBlanc of Mr. Incentives in The Woodlands, Texas, was the winner of the “Most Creative” category, and Danielle Mayer of Pony Prints in Clovis, Calif., won the random drawing. Both winners will receive a 250 piece WD-40 No-Mess Pen self promo order.

Suzanne LeBlanc’s creative, humorous entry was the favorite of the office staff at Natural Trends: “My dad strung a wire from the fence to the bird feeder and sprayed it with WD-40. He sat on the back porch and watched the squirrels hang on for dear life and twirl around the wire trying to get to the bird feeder.”

Danielle Mayer’s random drawing-winning entry provided a unique example of the many uses of WD-40: “We used to show mules and donkeys, and in the spring their tails are pretty well knotted. We found the best solution is to spray WD-40 on the tail, work it in, and then leave it over night. The next morning the knot can be worked out in minutes. It’s a real time saver and tail saver!”
