Newton Manufacturing, located in Newton, Iowa, has announced its their board of directors has accepted the resignation of the company’s president, Lee Cochran. Former president and current chairman of the board of directors, Mancil Laidig, will serve as interim president as the company looks to fill the position. The company did not disclose the reason for the resignation.
