By recalibrating our structure, we will have the benefit of their experience as well as a fresh perspective.”

Rob Babb will join the company on Monday September 19, 2011 as vice president of sales for publishing. Babb will oversee sales and sales support for the North American publishing business and report directly to Nicolas Paillot, CEO.

Babb has a proven record of sales leadership with innovative companies such as Fedex, Staples and US Foodservice. “We are excited to have Rob on board,” Paillot said. “His experience will be a great asset to the sales leadership team.”

Joe Bunsness, formerly the director of sales for the calendar division, is taking on a new challenge of director of sales development for publishing. Bunsness will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities for the publishing division and will report directly to Babb.

“The publishing division, especially calendars, is a key product category for Norwood & BIC Graphic.
