After a six-year ramp-up period, IDline and ActNow Media have appointed Patrick Napurski as president and owner of Halls & Company, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Napurski will focus on continuing the supplier’s strong history of high quality and outstanding customer service.
“IDLine’s focus on customer service is unparalleled,” said Napurski. “We’re really proud of the way we do business, and I’m honored and excited to continue and build upon the foundation built by the two generations before me.”
Napurski first started working for Identification Services part-time in 1998 and took his first full-time role at the company as a traveling sales representative in 2005. He has since worked in almost every division of the company and has served on the board of directors for the past six years. He has a business degree from the University of St. Thomas and earned his MBA from Lancaster University in England.
“We’re excited to pass the baton to the next generation as the company takes its next step in growth,” said Janet Adams, second-generation owner and former president of Halls & Company. “Patrick has a great business mind and brings a wealth of experience from multiple industries.”
“Keeping the company in the family is a great sense of pride for what has been built and what will continue on,” said company founder Chris Johnson. “Patrick will continue the tradition of quality and service that has always been the foundation of our company.”
