On April 14, Lenexa, Kansas-based Gill Studios announced several position changes in its senior management. Its current president, Tom P. Carrico, will be retiring as of May 3. He will remain with the company in an advisory role for a portion of 2010. Paul M. Lage, former president and CEO of Norwood Promotional Products, will replace Carrico as the new president and CEO of Gill Studios.
Lage was employed by Gill Studios from 1986 to 1993. He left the company in 1993 to join BIC Graphic USA. In 2006, Paul joined Norwood Promotional Products as president and CEO. He has also served on the board of directors for Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), including one year as board chairman. In 2007, he was recognized by ASI’s Counselor Magazine as its Person of the Year.
In other changes, Thomas C. LeTourneau will become executive vice president, operations, and Jamie L. Fain will become executive vice president, administration, as of May 3, 2010. Larry J. Timberlake, vice president of sales, will retire from Gill Studios at the end of 2010.
