Pierre Montaubin, formerly general manager of BIC Graphic for Asia-Pacific, has been promoted to the newly-created position of vice president global support services for BIC Graphic.
In an effort to improve customers’ experiences and delivery model efficiency, BIC Graphic has tapped Montaubin to oversee customer relations, logistics/freight and global sourcing in this new role. He and his family will be moving from Hong Kong to Clearwater, Fla., this month.
“We’ve listened to feedback from our distributors, and will continue to listen, in order to provide first-class service,” Montaubin said. “I’m excited to take on the challenges presented by this new role to ensure BIC Graphic exceeds our customers’ expectations.”
Montaubin holds a bachelor’s degree in math and physics, and a masters degree in management from the Business School of Reims, France. He started his career with roles in sales, finance and project management with Pommery, Unilog and Neuf Telecom before joining BIC in 2004.
In 2009, Montaubin relocated to Hong Kong to take the position of sourcing director for BIC Graphic Asia, and has been the general manager for BIC Graphic Asia-Pacific since 2014.
