An affiliate of Point Rider Capital and Treaty Oak Equity announced yesterday that it has completed an acquisition of Boundless Network Inc. Boundless ranked No. 17 on Promo Marketing’s 2020 Top Distributors list with $98 million in promotional products sales for 2019.
Founded in 2005, Boundless is a full-service promotional products company that delivers value through a unique combination of creativity and collaborative technology to help companies realize their potential in promotions. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, the company works with brands to turn ordinary products into extraordinary campaigns and create “Brand Love.”
