Positive Promotions Inc., Hauppauge, N.Y., acquired the assets of Quality Planners Inc., including its entire portfolio of student planners and customization capabilities.

Under terms of the acquisition, Quality Planners’ management will join Positive Promotions to facilitate the integration of both companies’ product expertise in the educational markets.
