Thanks to his immensely popular catalogue, Post Malone will likely not have to say any “Goodbyes” to the charts for a long time. Courtesy of a collaboration with Bud Light, it does not look as if the 24-year-old will be losing any promotional products clout either. The two are teaming up for a branded merchandise campaign that will commence Sunday in New York and will find many people offering him “Congratulations” for unveiling the attire.

The chart-topping artist has established an interesting history with Bud Light, so as he prepares to assist the brand through the Dive Bar Tour on Monday, Malone is amping up a promotional identity that has seen him feature prominently on our website. According to Complex, the collection is “celebrating ink, Americana and alcohol.” That trio will greatly appeal to his base, so it will be interesting to see just how many of his die-hards are prepared to shell out as much as $250 for the goods. Given that, according to Bud Light, some of the selections will have unreleased lyrics and album cover art teases on them, we are going to presume that the line that includes jackets and T-shirts will yield some high-end purchases.
In orchestrating the Sunday-and-Monday pop-up shop opportunity, Malone and Bud Light are not only building on the ever-growing love that individuals and companies have for enhancing their brands through blink-and-you’ll-miss-them locations, but are also using the metropolitan space as a precursor to securing his TBA album. Since Malone has a knack for making the public say “Wow” to his work, one can presume that New York City is going to give the merch the “Rockstar” treatment and set him up for a prosperous fall when his third disc drops.

From his perspective, he is continuing to play the role of a tireless entrepreneur, a title that it seems his musical peers have taken on, too, to promote themselves. If his fans and the beer’s devotees take to New York City in earnest on Sunday and Monday, Malone and Bud Light might end up having a cold one in each other’s honor.
