Prime Line Preps for Major Winter Storm, Will Ship Date-Sensitive Orders Early

In anticipation of shipping delays caused by the major winter storm expected to hit the Northeast, Prime Line, located in Bridgeport, Conn., will ship date sensitive orders early and is planning to work this weekend should the storm affect normal operations on Friday.

UPS and FEDEX have notified Prime Line that their regular pickups on Friday could be delayed or cancelled because of the storm. “We are taking a proactive approach and giving priority to orders with date- and event-sensitive in-hands dates,” said Jeff Lederer, president of Prime Line. “If the conditions allow, or if the situation necessitates, we will work all weekend to ensure the least possible disruptions. We have a crew in another location entering orders, sending proofs and doing art—so new orders, proofs and art will be entered and produced with no interruptions.”

“We appreciate everyone’s patience in advance as we work through potentially adverse weather conditions,” Lederer added. “If we have to close our production and customer service center early on Friday, please check our website ticker and Facebook page for updates.”
