Pittsburgh-based supplier Pro Towels Etc. has appointed Angie Bidwell as customer service supervisor. Bidwell has been with Pro Towels Etc. since February of 2010 and served as the West Coast ProService regional contact. As the customer service supervisor, Bidwell will be working on a more intimate level with customers to help implement new programs that will increase levels of service.
