Pro Towels Etc. Partners with Spotless Swing

Pittsburgh-based Pro Towels Etc. announced that it has entered into a partnership with Scott Salzman, inventor of the Spotless Swing, a three-in-one golf towel.

A clean club face allows a golfer to achieve better contact with the golf ball, ensuring a greater backspin, longer distance and enhanced accuracy. Until now, the only way to clean golf clubs was with a wet cotton towel that dries out during the round or a golf brush that can scratch the club head.

“I was looking for a one-tool solution to clean golf clubs, club grooves, and keep my hands and face clean,” Salzman said. “Brushes are awkward and often end up getting my hands and golf glove dirty and wet. I designed Spotless Swing as a simple solution to all of the problems I encountered with dirty clubs on the course.”

The Spotless Swing functions as three golf towels in one. The outside of the towel keeps the hands, face, gloves and grips clean and dry. The inside protects and preserves golf clubs by removing dirt, mud and water while the revolutionary MicroBrush fabric cleans club grooves effortlessly, preparing the club for its next shot.

Dana Zezzo, vice president of sales for Pro Towels Etc., said he believes the partnership with Salzman “will bring our customers more options in the golf towel category. Currently there are only a few standard towel options to choose from. The Spotless Swing is a great multi-functional towel that will be a great tool to add to any golfer’s bag.”

“After meeting with Dana and talking with the Pro Towels team, I realized that the type of marketing Pro Towels uses (social media and the newer types of marketing methods) that Pro Towels was the right company to market with for Spotless Swing,” Salzman said.

Spotless Swing is the No. 1 selling golf towel on Amazon.com. It is also the official towel of the 2012 Arnold Palmer Kingdom Cup and the official towel of the Jack Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation.
