Pro Towels, a Pittsburgh-based provider of screen printing and embroidery services for the promotional product industry has recently expanded its South Carolina customer service and production location. “We’ve seen the demand from our customers increase and we needed to grow our operations to meet that demand.” said Kevin Nord, president of Pro Towels.
Pro Towels moved from a 98,000 sq. ft. location (this includes 75,000 sq. ft. of leased warehouse space) into a 334,275 sq. ft. location. The new location includes 25,000 sq. ft. of office space and 309,275 sq. ft. of warehouse, production and clean room spaces. “With the addition of this space, we continue to show the investment in our distributors, who have made us the largest towel supplier in the industry, and have pushed us to grow on their behalf,” said Brian Porter, vice president of sales for Pro Towels. “We truly appreciate the strong partnership and support these companies have shown.”
By tripling the square footage, Pro Towels is now able to add new equipment to expand the company’s decorating business, Superior Decorating, to the East Coast. “We are excited to bring Superior Decorating to the East Eoast, putting us in rare air as one of the very few nationwide contract decorators,” Porter said. Superior Decorating East is set to be operational by the beginning of the second quarter.
