Proforma Joins Forces with Joshua House to Brighten Lives of Children in Tampa Bay

Proforma, Cleveland, partnered with Joshua House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in need across the Tampa Bay community.

“At Proforma, community is at the heart of everything we do,” said Charity Gibson, chief marketing officer for Proforma. “It is an honor for us to help those in need. The collaboration between Proforma and Joshua House reflects a shared commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of local children. Growing up in poverty, it was the benevolence of organizations like Joshua House that really helped make the holidays special for me and other children like me.”

The longstanding Proforma tradition involves gifting children in need of a holiday pick-me-up with carefully selected items from their wish lists, thoughtfully curated by Joshua House. In a heartwarming display of collective generosity, Proforma and its employees came together to fulfill the wishes of deserving children and spread some holiday cheer.

“It’s a privilege to collaborate with such a dedicated nonprofit organization year after year, and I’m proud to say our teams were able to provide over $1,500 worth of holiday gifts,” said Stan Maxwell, chief strategy officer of Proforma. “Proforma’s enthusiasm to contribute to this cause and eagerness to build a stronger, more compassionate community is one of many reasons my loyalty to the company has not wavered for nearly two decades.”

Proforma’s partnership with Joshua House is a shining example of the company’s dedication to corporate social responsibility and its mission to create positive change. As Proforma prepares for 2024, the organization commits to emphasizing community engagement, philanthropic endeavors, sustainable processes, and collaborative partnerships.

“We are so grateful for our partnership with Proforma,” said Nanci March, resource manager at Joshua House. “They’re always very enthusiastic about our mission, and extremely generous and thoughtful when filling specific wishes. Many foster children will feel worthy and special this holiday season because of Proforma.”

“As a company, we are deeply honored to have the opportunity to work with Joshua House and contribute to the holiday celebrations of children in our community,” said Brian Roney, senior director of product design for Proforma. “With two young kids myself, I know how special gifts can be, and love that we have been able to help make it a happy holiday for these children.”
