The Distributor Exchange announced today that New Berlin, Wisconsin-based distributor PromoMAX has acquired Republic, Michigan-based distributor Northern Specialty Co. The parties were introduced to each other by The Distributor Exchange, and The Distributor Exchange guided both parties through the sale process. Financial details of the transaction remain confidential.
PromoMAX, an independent distributor affiliate of iPROMOTEu, has been in business since 2016.
