Shumsky’s Brand on Demand is Accepted as Official Trademark

Brand on Demand, Shumsky Enterprises’ proprietary inventory management solution has been accepted as an official trademark by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Shumsky trademarked its latest customer offering to recognize and protect the specific purchasing practices and supplier relationship procedures that define Brand on Demand.

By adapting key aspects of the just-in-time inventory methodology widely adopted in manufacturing, Shumsky Enterprises has revolutionized its warehousing and fulfillment services. Brand on Demand meets Shumsky Enterprises’ online store program client’s need to reduce risk and obligation of inventory, but still receive high-quality branded items in small quantities.

“Brand on Demand is our latest innovation to deliver a superior promotional product offering,” said Michael Emoff, CEO and owner of Shumsky Enterprises. “We created a purchasing and inventory solution that delivers two equally important competitive advantages. For our clients, Brand on Demand offers fast access to a larger selection of branded materials in relatively low quantities. Internally, the processes allow us to more efficiently manage the operating costs and risks of offering catalog and fulfillment programs,” he said. “These are cost savings that we can pass along to our clients and invest in future delivery enhancements.”
